چکیده

The topological features of the formation (Co40Fe40B20)15(LiNbO3)85 composite films deposited by ion-beam method on a metal electrode Cr/Cu/Cr has been investigated. presence dielectric layer between upper Cr and CoFe–LiNbO3 film with thickness dox ~ 15 nm established. difference in size granules near amorphous volume shown. A model (Co40Fe40B20)x(LiNbO3)100–x nanocomposite at initial stage growth proposed. It shown that α–LiNbO3 chrome surface is possible realization island layer-by-layer mechanisms for various phases composite.
